My name is Cliffort WM Vogelland, and I bring over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. I currently work as a Quality Manager and Commissioning Manager for industrial construction projects, supporting complex developments from execution through final commissioning.
I am a certified Concrete Technologist, with extensive experience across infrastructure, precast concrete, civil engineering, and innovative project development. My professional focus includes high-rise construction and a constructive approach to safety, quality assurance, and construction chemistry.
I have contributed to some of the largest and most technically demanding construction projects in the Netherlands and gained broad international experience between 2016 and 2021, working on construction chemistry and quality systems across more than 20 countries in the Caribbean.
Through Cle Birdland, I combine technical expertise, practical field experience, and international insight to support construction projects in the Netherlands, the Caribbean, and South America. We provide independent construction consultancy focused on quality, technology, and innovation, delivering tailored advice, structured QA/QC systems, commissioning support, and practical solutions that help clients reduce risk, meet compliance requirements, and achieve consistent, reliable results.
