In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Republic of Suriname, Birdland Caribbean proudly introduces an exclusive, small-scale residential development designed to honor this important milestone.
Located in the Tout Lui Faut neighborhood, this pilot project consists of five thoughtfully designed homes that reflect both cultural heritage and modern Caribbean living.
The architectural design, created by Architect Amoksi, represents a refined crossover between the historic architecture of Paramaribo and the warm, distinctive character of the Caribbean. This collaboration has resulted in the carefully planned development of Plot 47/48, where tradition and contemporary living come together in harmony.
Our mission extends beyond individual homes. We aim to research, design, and realize sustainable residential communities that support long-term urban growth and enhance the quality of life across the Caribbean region.
